kept of these inspections by the owner. Inspections should be
at least annually and more frequent inspections at intervals
of 3 or 6 months should be carried out in high risk areas or
situations CONDUCIVE TO TERMITE ATTACK as disclosed by the inspection.
The termite or timber
pest inspection will include a thorough survey of your property
including the garden areas and trees where termite nests may
be found.
You will be supplied
with a written report detailing the results of the inspection.
Appropriate recommendations on treatments and measures you should
take to help ensure the security of your property will be outlined.
