kept of these inspections by the owner. Inspections should be
at least annually and more frequent inspections at intervals
of 3 or 6 months should be carried out in high risk areas or
situations CONDUCIVE TO TERMITE ATTACK as disclosed by the inspection.
The termite or timber
pest inspection will include a thorough survey of your property
including the garden areas and trees where termite nests may
be found.
You will be supplied
with a written report detailing the results of the inspection.

take to help ensure the security of your property will be outlined.

remain concealed in wood and enter buildings through subterranean
tunnels and earthen shelter tubes. It is usually not until DAMAGE
is EXTENSIVE and timbers collapse that you realise you have
a problem.
